Tailoring is a classic craft, applied to garment construction and made to measure garments.
I was to work for Aquascutum, a company with a long established English heritage. I had to produce a soft tailored jacket ready for Spring/Summer 2012, considering the companies’ historical and current signature and also their clientèle.
My designs had to adhere to classic tailored jackets and finish, such as two piece sleeve, collar, lapel, pocket detailing, jets, welts, cuffs and hem vents.
